At MASH SF, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance cycling gear and components. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure items are in original, uninstalled condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that custom builds and sale items are final sale.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gear and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via your preferred trackable carrier.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
